Age Verification

Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Account Security

Accurate Information Obligation
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the point of registration and must update your account details promptly if any of your information changes. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or residential address — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bd11com are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections. bd11com does not store full payment method credentials on its servers.
Deposits
The minimum deposit on bd11com is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment method providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may impose their own per-transaction or daily limits in accordance with their own terms of service. Deposits made via mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the bd11com wallet instantly. Withdrawals

Players must complete KYC verification — submitting a valid government-issued ID confirming their name and date of birth — before their first withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in line with anti-money-laundering best practice.
- Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15–30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day to clear, depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
- Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours will be queued and processed on the next business day.
- bd11com reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds for withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
- Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player via their account cashier before they are processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be reversed.
Anti-Money Laundering
bd11com maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is prohibited. bd11com reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and request enhanced due diligence documentation where transactions are identified as suspicious or inconsistent with a player's established gaming activity pattern. Deposits may not be immediately withdrawn without a minimum level of genuine wagering activity on the account.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Eligibility

Malfunction Policy

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on bd11com. Account Suspension & Closure
bd11com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

- The player is under the age of 18 or has misrepresented their age.
- The player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.

- The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute against a genuine deposit transaction.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request the closure of their own bd11com account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@bd11com. Upon receiving a closure request, bd11com will process the closure within 1 business day. Dormant Accounts

Effect of Closure
Upon closure of a player account — whether initiated by the player or by bd11com — the following consequences apply:
- All active bonus funds and pending bonus claims are forfeited immediately upon closure.

- Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player unless the closure is due to breach of Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct, in which case balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Additional Terms & Liability
Limitation of Liability

Governing Language

Severability

Entire Agreement
